"Stir it Up with Chef Gail Sokol"

Chef Gail and seven local children taped a healthy cooking show to air on Colonie Public Access TV in September. They made a veggie cheese pizza accompanied by a colorful salad full of greens, tomatoes, dried cranberries, and garbanzo beans. The recipes from the show are included here.
